Deputy Minister in The Presidency to monitor COVID-19 compliance at schools in Limpopo Province

The Deputy Minister in The Presidency, Thembi Siweya, will conduct frontline monitoring at Litshovu High School in Madombidsha, Sinthumule, Limpopo Province on Monday, 19 April 2021. 

The Deputy Minister will assess the school’s compliance to COVID-19 health protocols and regulations. This programme is also part of a government-wide Back to School Campaign aimed at highlighting the importance of education, and also mobilising society to promote the value of education.

During the visit, the Deputy Minister will engage the district, school management, teachers, parents, school governing body.
